Chart object does not show all values from dimension but Table box does

I have a table box which shows all values from dimensions. But, when i try to show the same data in bar chart it shows only few values from same dimension.

Can you suggest?why it happens?

There is expense list and it has amount in the same line in excel sheet. it chart object it shows only one expense type

Hi Pavan,

In the Presentation tab uncheck the option to Suppress Zero-Values.

Good to see all fields but there are individual entries which does not show.

To add on this,PTU has only 1 line in the excel which shows here..Other expense types having multiple lines

try using

sum([Appoved Amount]) as Expression in your chart
