Could not perform request since QMS backend is in Off Duty state error

Hi,

with QEMC, I'm trying to change the Server Login for QV 10 Server and I have this error: "Could not perform request since QMS backend is in Off Duty state". Any suggests to me to solve the issue, please?

I removed expired LEF file of QVP from the folder
Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\ManagementService\Publisher LEF
and that helped.
At least now I am able to manage document and access

I had this problem today. To fix it...

Delete the Publisher LEF from C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\Publisher LEF

Remove reginfo.ini from C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService

The presence of reginfo.ini was causing the management service to contact the license server and recreate the LEF automatically!
