Add font?

How can I add fonts to QlikView? It does not show all of the fonts I have installed.

The list of available fonts should match those shown in other applications, yes? (for example MS Office)

Thanks.

No one else has ever wanted to add fonts? Trying to match corporate theme/template/branding guidelines.

My added True Type fonts show up in the QV font dialogs. Can you see your added fonts in the Windows Control Panel, Fonts?

Yes in Control Panel, Fonts I see all of my fonts, True Type (ttf) and Open Type (otf).

I just noticed that the fonts not displayed in QV are Open Type (however other applications do show them). Thanks.

Hi!

the thread is a bit old, but I have the same problem today.

My company use an Open Type Font. Does it mean that I can't use it in Qlikview?

or is there a way to view an open type font in Qlikview?

Thanks

I would say we can't use the OpenType fonts because I'm having the same problem here.

Came across this thread with roughly the same problem, just use http://www.freefontconverter.com/ to convert your opentype fonts to truetype and they will work with QlikView just fine.

Cheers,
