Qlikview Documents appearing twice in AccessPoint

I have a number of documents visible through the AccessPoint. However, the icons/detail listings for each of the documents is duplicated (i.e. identical reload times etc etc). Clicking on either allows access, but I'd like to get rid of the duplication which can cause confusion for users.

Any ideas?

Is there any chance you have created new folders or moved folders or documents without uninstalling and reinstalling again?

If so, in the Management Console, in the "User Documents" tab you will see some documents in upper case, and some of the properly written. Be very careful, as this may affect the document CALs you have assigned, as they will keep allocated to the original document (the uppercase one) and you may be in trouble to get them back if you delete the document.

If you move all documents back to their original folders, everything should appear right.

I haven't moved folders, but I wonder if it is to do with documents. Will have a look. Thanks.

Hmmmm... there is definitely only one entry visible for each document under user documents.

Right not I am facing same issue, I moved some documents with same names from one folder to other and replaced them so I got this duplicates in user documents in QMC and User cals are resigned, how can I delete copies in user docs and accesspoint

but in orginal server I have only one document

If the copy of file is only for backup purpose, then move the files from user document folder and backup it some other location.

all the documents in user document folder will be displayed in Access point.

I have a root folder mapped and I have mounted folders under root folder which has different docs in each mounted folders which created duplicates in user documents under documents in qmc and in accesspoint and all doc calls are messed up

check the attachments

Krishna the interesting part is my original application lost all the data and script once the task is reloaded (I do have a back up)

Hi Dinesh,

Do you have copies in both Root folder and mounted folder?If so remove one of the copy, that will solve your issue.
