PGO: Failed to open CalData.pgo

Hi,

Im running a Qlikview 11 server and keep getting two error messages:

"PGO: Failed to open C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\CalData.pgo. Error: 1. Time: 0 ms"

"Extensions: Failed to load extension . Make sure it is available at the correct location"

Any ideas? Is there a good source for server error information?
