Date Question

Why is it that when I remove a date dimension from my table, the expression shows a different number. Is my Data Model not working correctly? I dont' want to have the date in the table, as I just want to sum by Region.

Edit Text: So it has been modified some, now when I remove the two ID's Billtype and Project type. My numbers change from the correct values. What do I need to do to not make the values change when I remove those IDs?

Incorrect total without the BillType and PaProjectType

Correct total with both billtype and paprojecttype.
