how to show all months in a barcode graph?

Hi,

I have a barcode graph where I wanna show the amount for all the months of a year selected, even if doens´t have any value.

How can I do that? Actually if I filter a customer only, it shows me values for 2 or 3 months and nothing more in the graph.

Robson,

Uncheck "Suppress Zero-Values" on the Presentation tab.  If months exist, they will be shown.

Sorry, did not work and maybe because when it´s an specific customer, it has records only for a few months.

Maybe I should load zero values for all months in all customers? Any other idea instead changing my script?

In this case, you probably have to modify the script.  Can you upload a sample of your application?

It may be possible using Synthetic dimensions, ValueList & ValueLoop.

Are you thinking about loading with 0 quantities in all months for all customers? I´ve thought about doing that. If it´s the only way, I can do.

Yes, this is the first thing to try.  Still, do not suppress zero-values.
