Change the owner of a Server Object

Hello,

i have a Qlikview document for which a user has created a lot of Server Objects on the QV11.2 Server.

I would like to change the owner of these Server Objects to allow another user to work with them.

When i click on the small user in the QMC / Server / Server objects, it doesn't allow me to change manually the name of the Owner. And as i am using custom users, i don't have any directory to look for.

Is there a way to change that ?  can i change something through a special tool ? with the .shared file ?

Try using the Server Object Handler tool in the QlikView Power Tools.  It has the ability to change ownership using a find replace tool.

Thanks it worked.

Not perfectly (only the sheets not the charts did appear to the new user) but at least the change of owner worked
