Possible to restore broken link to old wiki?

Can we still restore content from the old wiki site? Specifically, this article, which sounds relevant to a rounding question that I'm pursuing:

This post is a bit old, but I likewise am trying to find the original post.  I have pointed many users to this in the past as a reference, but am currently unable to locate.  This was a great article, does anyone by chance know where we can find a copy?
