Hyperlink in a table

Hi,

I'm new to Qlikview and I was trying to add a dynamic hyper link to a table row, ie..."my.server.com&parm1"= & col1.value, is this possible to do in QlikView Tables?

Thanks,

All you need to do is follow the formula Stefan wrote above in an expression box and make the representation a link. See the image attached below:

Search is the title to be displayed that will be click-able... http://www.bing.com is the URL that will be launched... Note that <url> must be between the display name and the URL and it is a string (closed in single quotes).

I have read this and experimented with it however i am still not able to get my hyperlinks to work in a table box.  I have them working in a Pivot table fine but they will not work in a table box because i cannot set the presentation to Link.

I cannot see some of the pictures in this discussion which may help me but they are not available any longer.

Any help on this?

Hello,

I'm quite aware of how the Link feature works. However, I have run into roadblock with this feature. Let's say, that my link is http://google.com<88>

My expression would look somethin like this:

     'Google'&'<url>http://google.com<88>'

The link feature seems to have a limitation with links containing <> signs. If i remove <88>, link feature works.

Is this a limiation ? Do we have a workaround with this scenario.

Thanks for your time.
