is it possible to insert two expressions in a gauge chart . where the value of both the expressions should be displayed just below the gauge chart,

No, but could overlay 2 Text Objects with your expressions in them.

Hi,

Yes you can write in the Presentation Tab -> Text in Charts. Then move the text in chart object to your destination location inside the chart.
