cache value or garbage value after reload

hi guyz,

I am facing on problem .

Suppose i have total number of Employee which is a field
Actual Value of Emploee Number is 1034

Wheni do reload 1st reload i get some random value like 10,20,1144, etc

and wheni reload it again i get proper value i.e 1034,

It is showing some garbage value on 1st reload
How can i remove that and can obtain result in 1st reload?

the field is calcualted in the script or it comes directly from the data you are reading?

it is a field name.

we are making count(EmpNo) as [total count]in teradata and use this name in QlikView as field.

Sorry Saumyah, I do not understand. So you are reading the Employees, and then count them? Can you please provide a sample of the script?
