It would help if you can describe the steps that you took to install Sense server.

i took all these steps for server installation... mentioned in pdf

Until you describe in more detail what you have installed (hardware and software, physical/virtual etc) and what you have already investigated and what you found, its hard to do much more than guess at the problem. See here

i Followed Simple basic steps to install QS server.. Now i stop IIS services but not working ...
