Hi Guys
Trying to trouble shoot a user that is unable to access an app I have given her through Qlik Sense Desktop version 1.1.0
She is storing the App in the Apps subfolder under click but when she opens Qlik Sense she gets the following message (see screen shot)
She is running on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1.
What can I do to investigate this issue further. Looks like it might be a permissions issue.

Yeah please uninstall the existing version and try to install the latest desktop version

Pls make sure the apps are stored in this path --- "C:\Users\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps"
If the error persist, try upgrading the Qliksense desktop version

I am thinking a reinstall of the desktop will work as it looks like the apps folder has moved or is no longer available. The fact no sample dashboards are present suggests this.
