Macro for reading from outlook

Hi all,

I have a need of reading mails from a systems outlook. Once i read it , i would make a qvd and generate report accordingly. Basically i am supposed to read the mail details from INBOX and SENT folders.

If anybody has the macro code..or related idea.. please share it.....
