Assigned Doc/Name cal cleared Automatically

Hi,

We are using qlikview small business addition in our company. Also we have 60 doc call and 17 name call licenses for the same. There is a different kind of problem we are facing from last two days. Our BI server CPU utilization reached to 100 % and when we restart qlikview services (QVS), all assigned name cal and doc cal to various qlikview applications are released(Cleared) and after that all doc/name cal need to be reallocated(assigned) manually which is not feasible for us.

We are unable to identify root cause behind this, why this is happening. please look into this so that auto releasing of Cals to users can be avoided.

It's very urgent for me. Please help in this regards...............

Happened to me a while ago when our pgo files got corrupted by some disc gremlins.

It ended up in a state such that every time the QlikView Server Windows Service was restarted the Cal's got cleared again.  Qlik Support helped me sort it, maybe you should ask their advice.
