QlikView 12 server and Qlik Sense server on one computer

We know that QlikView 11 Server and Qlik Sense server can not be installed on one computer.

Maybe that restriction would not apply anymore for QlikView 12?

QlikView 12 server using same QIX Engine as Qlik Sense server and so on?

Well, that describe original restriction I wrote about in my question.

Qlik Sense Server and QlikView 11 Server can not be installed on one machine.

Question is precisely whether that restiction applies to QlikView 12 Server too.

If I understand correctly main change in Qlik View 12 is switch to QIX engine, (engine of Qlik Sense).

On the last Qlik Virtual Forum for example there was some advertising about QlikView 12 making integration with Qlik Sense more easy. Leveraging that and that and so on. So maybe that problem with ports (among others) somehow have been alleviated?

Hi Vladim,

techincally is possibile to install QlikView Server and Qlik Sense (Server) on the same machine.

You need only some customizations about Services's port.

I have completed with successfull this experiment.
