Hi,
I see that I can specify users who can view a particular stream.
I have several apps in one stream. How do I give different users access to different apps in one stream? Thanks!
The only options related to apps I see are:
Hi Chandni,
Make use of custom properties. Its very handy in controlling the permissions.
Create a custom property with the values you need and this can be made use of in the app rule.
Thanks and Regards,
Sangram.
Do not give the users access to the stream. In stead, make security rules that give (groups of) people access to the app.
Alternatively, make different streams for different groups.
That's my question. How do I give users access to the apps instead of stream.
Remove the security rules that give those users access to the stream.
Create a new security rule. Select the "App access" template.
Hope that gets you on track .

Sangram,
I followed this video and created the custom properties for my app and users.
Qlik Sense Stream Management Security Rules and Exception Management - YouTube
I haven't given any sheet specific security rules.
The user can see and open the app. However, he cannot see the base sheets(already created by developer). He can only create new ones.
Please help.
Hi Chandini,
You will have to modify the security rule a little to achieve this: Sheet level Section Access in Qlik Sense ??

Thanks,
Sangram.
Thanks Sangram . The user can see all these options. is there a way to only make 'App overview' and 'open hub' visible to the user?
Those are the only options available for the users when an app is published to a stream.
