Control Bar width in Bar Chart

Hi Experts,

Is there any way to have consistent bar width in bar chart.

Scenario is when the data is shown for all months the bar width is fine but when a particular month is selected the bar width expands.

But my need is to have the consistent bar width irrespective of the number of months selected.

Any help regarding this issue is appreciated.

PS : I have tried using the "Cluster Distance" option in bar settings in presentation tab but no luck.

Hi Rahul, if you have checked the 'Supress when null' option this doesn't work, probably there are other reasons that makes that don't work so I will try the +sum({1} 0) proposed by swuehl

In my example, all bars are plotted regardless of how many months are selected.

One addition to the suggestion from Rob is a possible adjustment to dimension-values on the axis to show only the selected one per calculated dimension:

=dual(if(aggr(count(distinct Month), Month) > 0, Month, ''), Month)
