Bug Report – Search Box Filters Not Displaying Values in Qlik Sense May 2025
Dear Qlik Support,
We have recently upgraded our Qlik Sense Enterprise environment to the May 2025 release. After the upgrade, we encountered a critical issue affecting the usability of dashboards:
**Issue Description:**
In all our dashboards and reports, the search filters (filter boxes) no longer display selectable values when users type into the search field. This behavior occurs consistently across multiple apps and user profiles. However, the filter pane still shows the values correctly, and selections can be made manually from there.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
Open any Qlik Sense dashboard with a filter box.
Click into a search box and begin typing a value.
No matching values are displayed, even if the typed value exists in the dataset.
The filter pane does show values normally.
**Environment Details:**
- Qlik Sense Enterprise version: May 2025
- Deployment: Windows Server
- Browser: Tested in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox (same issue)
- Extensions: Not using any custom filter extensions
**Impact:**
This issue significantly affects the user experience, especially in large datasets where the search function in filters is critical for navigation and data exploration.
We would appreciate it if you could confirm whether this is a known issue in the May 2025 release and whether a fix or patch is planned. Please advise on any temporary workarounds we can apply in the meantime.
