Error importing .zip jobs in TAC

Hi, i'm trying to schedule my talend job in TAC but when importing the job I encountered the following error;

"Error parsing JSON: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 1"

can anyone help how to solve this? i'm using talend version 7.2.1

Did you create you talend jobs in studio V 7.2.1 and import the job in TAC 7.2.1?

Yes. The job is built in TS 7.2.1 and TAC 7.2.1

What's language are you using? Is it English Menu?

Yes, English. Apparently it can be imported into TAC now. but i'm not really sure what's causing it to be able to import. I just try a few times and then it's working. Most of the times when i click "Launch upload" it's showing "Error parsing JSON: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 1".

Is there any more error message which is located in <ServersInstallationPath>\apache-tomcat-XXX\logs?
