Gray screen after login

After changing the hostname to use a custom URL when loading AEM, it loads the outside frame that says QLIK Enterprise Manager, but then just a spinning circle.  How can I get AEM to load fully?

Have you tried clearing browser cache/cookies?

Yes,  Also tried incognito in chrome

@itdidatalake check the QEM log to see if the URL start and listening on the correct URL.

notes when changing the hostname you only need the hostname, no http or https , just the hostname.
