How Talend is keeping track of CDC

Hi Guys,

I have a couple of questions:

1) I want to know how talend is keeping track of change data capture?

2) As far as my understanding is for CDC will work after a successful full load of the source table to the target table. What if loading of data from source to target took 30 minutes and during this timespan data on the source gets modified then obviously it's not gonna appear in the full load then what happened to that data and is it going to be captured in the CDC?
