How to run Multiple instances of jobs in Talend Adminstration Center

Does Talend Administration center let you run multiple instances of same job? If yes how is failures & fault tolerance handled?

you can create two tasks with the same artefact and run both simultaneously (you can make it by clicking duplicate on job conductor)
