Infinite waiting for Execution Batch Job scheduled

Hi everyone,

 

I developed my 4 jobs and then I scheduled on the TAC. 

Sometimes the jobs remain in pending and I don't know why and how can I stop it.

 

Could u help me please?

Hi,

 

Thank you for writing to us. Please confirm the TAC version used? In case of job fails or gets stuck, You can kill it/fix and resume it Did you try this? Additionally, In TAC UI you have option to see the job status/related logs, etc,

 

For the exact reason, you might have to look at technical logs when the issue recreates to find any errors.
