Job initiates in TAC but does not start the job

Hello Team,

We are facing an issue wherein a job gets triggered in the TAC but doesn't execute. We have a job that is scheduled to run every hour, however, at certain hours it just initiates and does not run. I have attached the screenshot for reference. Could you please take a look into this and advise.

A version of the Talend ---6.3

Restarted TAC and the behaviour is the same

we have not installed any patches or done any upgrades

Hello,

When you run the job task in TAC, does it throw any error? Is there any error message in job server log?
