Log4j Patch Download for EM 7.0.0.577

Running Enterprise Manager 7.0.0.577 on Windows 2019. I wish to download the latest upgrade patch to fix the log4j CVE on but this link Vulnerability Testing -  Apache Log4j, reference C... - Qlik Community - 1869368 brings me to a download page that's impossible to navigate! Is there any direct link to the latest version?
