Login Access is showing Max in License usage summary
Hi All,
I am confused. We have 240 tokens and Login access on License usage summary tab shows 223 being used when, in reality, no one is accessing any dashboard. Does anyone know why and how I can release login access? Thanks in advance.
License tokens are allocated to users in your system. It means those users can access the system since they have a license allocated to them. The tokens are "used" since they are allocated, it has no relation to how many users that are actually using the system at a given time.
