Place TRIGGERS on the Execution plan and pause that TRIGGER on the calendar Holidays (Certain days) in a year

Got request from a customer. 

Is there any way that we can place in the TRIGGERS on the Execution plan and I want to pause that TRIGGER on the calendar Holidays (Certain days) in a year?  

Is this request possible using TAC scheduling? How can be accomplished?

as I know - it not possible todo direct (just by trigger settings), what You can do, or realize top-level arbitrary Job which will enable disable triggers for Jobs - https://help.talend.com/reader/oYf9gKhmYrkWCiSua4qLeg/SLiAyHyDTjuznLR_F~MiQQ

or add check Holidays as first step in Jobs - Holiday, stop execution. Logic is simple, so could be done as template.

In both cases of course You will need create and manage Holiday lists Four Your country, Your region and etc.
