Qlik Enterprise Manager Analytics - Negative latency on Average latency graph

Hi Support,

I'd just like to understand why the graph for the Average Apply Latency in the 'Trends by Task' section of QEM Analytics can go into the negative. (see image below)

latency.png

Are the values calculated by subtracting the target latency from the source latency, or vice versa? Any insight into this is greatly appreciated

Thanks,

Nak

Hello @NakulanR

This negative latency can be a consequence of the daylight saving change or caused by a discrepancy between the timezones of the Endpoint DBs and the Replicate server.

Can you try Stop and Resuming the task(s) and check?

Regards,

Suresh

Hi @sureshkumar ,

The dates shown in the initial screenshot aren't at a point in time when daylight savings switched over from AEST to AEDT. I can also confirm that the Endpoint DBs are all located in the same timezone.

Nak

Hello @NakulanR

What is the current status? Like still seeing Negative Latency in a graph? If so, please open a support ticket with us to analyze further.
