Qlik Sense – Performance Metrics and Log Insights

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for guidance on how to analyze user activity and performance in Qlik Sense. Specifically, I would like to find out the following:

1. How long does it take for a user to open an app or report?
   Is there a specific log entry or timestamp that shows when the loading started and ended?

2. How many users are currently active on the server?
   Is there a way to monitor this in real time or near real time?

3. After login, how long does it take until the user receives data?
   Is there a metric or timestamp that shows how long it took from login to first data retrieval?

4. Which log entries indicate the moment when the user actually received the data in the front-end?

5. Concurrent users on an app – are there thresholds or limits?
   If yes, where can we find or configure them?

Also, is there any specific Qlik app or 3rd party tool that can help with collecting and analyzing this type of data?

Thanks in advance for any advice, and if you can point me to any log files, QMC settings, or monitoring apps where this info is available, I would really appreciate it!

Hello,

if I am correct, all logs are stored on system in specific folder. 

By the book - refers to the Qlik Sense Repository Database. It's the primary database within a Qlik Sense deployment, storing all configuration data and settings for the Qlik Sense site
