TAC Configuration Commandline, "Fail to connect to CommandLine

I'm currently installing and configuring Talend v6.4.1 on Centos 7 and I can't seem to get my CommandLine to connect. I've tried updating the license in /TalendTools-6.4.1/cmdline/studio, but to no avail.

Are you able to go to the logs (in Commandline_Installation_Folder/commandline-workspace/.metadata/.log) to see if there is any detailed message?
