TAC Tasks and Explain Plan Deployment in Higher Environment

Hi, 

 

How can I export TAC tasks and Explain plan from my Dev server to Prod Server.

I tried with the API using listExecutionPlans and then importExecutionPlan, but as there are 50 jobs in execution plan getting follwing error 

The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.

 

Is there any other way to export and import explain plan and also tasks from one environment to another having different TAC server.
