UNABLE TO IDENFIY THE INACTIVE USERES IN qlik cloud

Hi All,

I need to provide the license to the new user in qlik cloud environment, but all are allocated and we don't have new ones but, in the environment, we have 50% of the licenses are not used simply those were assigned.

and before unallocated,i need to check the last used date in the monitoring app(entitelement analyzer ) but i am having only one month data in the app.

How to check the last 90 days and what is the right app to validate all in qlik cloud envirnoment

I think that you could check the "Sessions Overview" sheet of the App Analyzer.

I want to get from the entitlement analyzer .i have downloaded the file from qlik community and reload the app in my cloud environment but i was getting only one month of data.

how to get last 6 months of data in the app
