Unable to access the TMC

hello all , 
we are facing an issue while connecting to the tmc since yesterday norming. The error were are this codeError=error_getting_user . A ticket was opened since yesterday but till now the issue remains unsolve.
Why are we getting this error ? Is it because of some licences issues ?

 Today also, we are not able to connect to TMC, getting this error:

This issue is resolved now for me and able to access TMC in Azure US-West region.
