Unable to import License on fail over server

Hi Team,

We have an issue with importing new license file on TAC. Currently we have 2 server and i am able to import the license file on one of the server. However on the other server i am unable to import. When i try to import the license file, it says wrong password.

Could you please check the credentials you are using and also please check if that user has the privileges to set the license.

Hi Team, I used the admin login credentials to import the license. The same password worked for importing license on pxaa2talend02 server but not on pxaa2talend01 server. Can we have a call to check this issue further? Regards, Arpitha

Hello because the license will be stored on the TACDB, you need to fill the informations on the DB . The missing password is i nfact the TACDB one
