software update TAC when offline

Hi

 

I am on a local installation without the possibility of an internet connection.

 

I make an artifactory repository for base and update for the Studio and it works very well

 

I would like to do the same for the TAC part, make a local repository and fill it in the configuration but I can't find how to do it.
