Tengo los siguientes datos en un excel:

De los cuales quiero sacar un gráfico de barras con la media de la duración de la tarifa de mayor uso.
Con esta expresión saco el número de clientes de la tarifa de mayor uso por mes: MAX(aggr(count(b_numerollamante),TARIFA,Mes))
Pero no sé como sacar la media de la duración de la tarifa de mayor uso.
