[ARTICLE] How to identify duplicated fields in Qlik Cloud ?

After a long wait, Qlik Cloud has finally introduced a feature that can save a LOT of time for developers! 🙌

When loading data, if a field is duplicated, Qlik now tells you exactly which field is causing the problem. 🎯

Before this update, I had to manually search for the duplicated field — and sometimes there were hundreds of fields to go through. 😩🔎

Now? Qlik simply shows you the exact name of the duplicated field. 💥
Less manual work.
Less frustration.

More time to focus on what really matters: building things. 👨‍💻⚡
This may look like a small improvement, but for anyone working with large data loads, it’s a BIG deal! 🚀

Great, it might save some time in some cases.

It only detects one field but an improvement at least, when this happens most of the times it's because of one field

Wait, people still do this by hand/eye rather than with LLMs?

Jokes aside, this is nice, but... a year too late to be meaningful, at least to me.

Hi

Even I tried with multiple same field names

But stil it's giving me only single field name only.

It might be useful if it works for all the fields

And I observed that if the same name fields when I load it's coming with 1

A

A1..so on .

Let's hope this will fix soon

Best

Really a good improvement! 👏

At least now, we can see the first field with duplicates. Once you resolve those duplicates, it prompts you to check the next field with duplicate values.

The good thing is that this will save a lot of time, instead of blindly searching through all the fields to identify duplicates.

A small improvement, but definitely a useful time-saver for developers! 👍

Good Thing is that it will save time than blindly finding duplicates.
