Apply filter value in URL and lock it

Hello, I have an app with generic customer data and we have a filter based on customer code.

Now we need to share this app to each customer and they need to view only their data.

What we have done is, applied the filter in URL as below,

https://servername/sense/app/appid/sheet/sheetidstate/analysis/select/customer/4468521

as end user can view the customer code in URL, they might change it and view other customer details also. Please advice how to avoid this so that each customer can view only their data.

Selections are not security. If you're trying to apply security to an app, you should be using Section Access, not URL manipulation or filters.
