CONNECTION NOT FOUND IN QLIK SENSE

Hi Qlik Fam,

I'm having trouble loading my reports when I tried to load this it showed the error below:

1. Connection not found:

For instance, the reports are all working fine. I also attached the script we used on the data editor.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @mj26,

That looks like Qlik Sense on-prem right?
Well, open the Load Script and check if you see the Data Connection on the Connections panel on the right side of the screen. If you don't see it there, it was deleted, or you have lost access to it.

You can also check for this Data Connection on QMC and see if it exists or not in your Qlik Sense Server.

Hi @mj26 ,

in addition to above points, also check if there are any changes to the name of your connection.

Regards,

Rohan.

Hi @marksouzacosta ,

Yes, it is on-prem. I have already checked the data connection, and the ArchivedLogs folder is missing. How can I restore the folder that contains the QVD files?

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Rohan ,

Thanks for that. No changes to the name of the connection. The ArchivedLogs folder contains QVD files of the report. Why is there a sudden change even though we didn't do anything?

Thank you in advance.
