Is there a way to increase the Size of Horizontal & Vertical Bars in a table Grid or Vzlib Grid . The default sizeof the bar is small & users are not able to catch hold of it when moving to the left or right / top or bottom . This sometimes selects the data items inside the grids unknowingly .
Please suggest a solution ..
Hello,
If my understanding is correct, you are looking for a way to change the size of the following elements:
If this is the case, then natively it is not supported and you can raise a feature request [1] to have this option available in the future.
One thing that you can try, although I can't guarantee that it will help you achieve the desired outcome, is to modify the hub.css file [2]. This file contains all the css classes for all the elements in the hub. It might give you the chance to modify the scroll bars as well, however it will require for you to investigate the elements from the Developers Console (F12 in Google Chrome) and then try from there to see which configurations work for you better. After that you can try to modify the css elements in the hub.css, but again, this is not a guarantee that it will work as expected.
NOTE: One thing to keep into consideration, if at the end modifying the hub.css helped you resolve the issue, when you move the app to different environment, the changes will not be present. You will have to also move the changes of the hub.css file as well to the new environment. Always keep a backup of the original hub.css and never replace it within a new environment, especially if you have a different Qlik Sense versions. Because, if you have a different version of Qlik Sense, then hub.css might have some minor differences and therefore, by replacing the hub.css file you will remove those differences resulting in UI issues.
Long story short, it is natively not support and you should raise a feature request [1] .
I hope that this information was helpful. In case I have misunderstood the use case scenario, please elaborate in details by providing additional information. However, if it has helped you resolve the issue, please mark it as accepted solution to give further visibility to other community members.
