Connector is not responding

This is an odd behavior.   I get this message for the second of two queries.

If I switch the two queries the script runs fine.

These are small tables - less than 10,000 rows.

We recently upgraded to Sept 2018

Information  is not enough to guess, Can you rephrase in details for us?
