Hello Qlik Community,
We have a ton of apps in a number of spaces with many many sheets. We would like to manage this better by leveraging the awesome Entitlement Analyzer. Here is our thinking to the approach in order to keep an eye on this stuff:
- Output all Qlik sheets from all apps to excel, rolled up to the Space & App names.
- Left join to the [Entitlement_Consumption] table to provide an "as of today" sheet drill down.
a. Space --> App --> Sheet
Allowing us the ability to analyze new sheets which enter the system using custom metrics based on Excel sheet loading.
Is there a better approach or solution that can give us this level of visibility? Or does this sound like a solution to our Qlik Sheet organization?
