I have been searching these forums and others but have not been able to find what I'm looking for.
Basically, I have a transactions DB and I want to extract and store data into daily qvd files. (one qvd per transaction date).
I know how to connect to the DB. I know how to store a table into a qvd. What i dont know is how to loop through the DB and save a seperate qvd for each transaction date.
I need to create a daily qvd file for each day from the last two years so the solution will need to loop through the DB table saving each days transactions under a seperate qvd.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
