we should test the application different level like UI level, Data level, security level.
Data level: your application values should exactly match with your database.
UI Level: Your application must open in seconds and all charts, KPI's should open in fraction of seconds. And also check if any drill down functionality and Dynamic change chart functionality used and working correctly or not.
Security Level: you should cross verify whether you have mentioned security rules to user (like row level, Data level, etc.) correct or not in section access script.
Additionally, take some test cases from end user's and validate those test scenario's with your app before publishing it.
