I already found a thread and i think the guy will archive the same thing. But the solution does not realy work for my case or i don't unterstand it right. => Value in dimension disappears due to measure
Can someone help me out on this or is it simply not possible?
Do you have a master calendar within your data model? Typically one would resolve this by creating one.
https://www.tutorialspoint.com/qlikview/qlikview_master_calendar.htm
What you need is a master calendar. This will have all the dates, from min to max of the dates in your raw data.
There are plenty examples of how to create master calendar here in the community.
Yeah we got a master calender, i forgot to say this. this is the real reason i don't understand why null values are not shown.
Could you share a sample .qvf?
Unfortunately i am not able to create a .qvf from the enterprise edition. However i created a .qvs with example data.
As diagram i used a line chart, where the dimension is 'date_visual' and the measure is the variable 'formula_workhours'. Sorted by 'date_visual' with only checked checkbox 'sort numeric' for correct timestamp order.
If nothing is selected as well as year or month, i got all dimensions. However if one or more users are selected i got the problem described. Hope this will help.
Hi, is this issue solved?
