I am reading data in from a mysql database into my qlik sense app.
Cantonese characters display fine in the db viewer on mysql workbench but when reading this data into qlik sense, it's being displayed as ????.
I know Qlik can handle foreign characters as another dashboard I have which reads from Big Query does this fine. So I am assuming it is the mysql database into Qlik sense that is the issue. The mysql database is utf-8 encoded.
Is there a way to force a qlik table/field to use utf-8 encoding or any other ways to solve this issue please?
