on general stories aren't updated when a data is reloaded
and when you think of this it's make a lot of sense , because usually someone is going
to add comments to snapshots and if the snap shots will update the comments will be come irrelevant.
for embedded sheets , i remember correctly they will display in the start the sheet with the data filtered according to what were the filters when you added the sheet to the story , but the data is updated otherwise
