Drill down Issue , Skipping 2 level and showing 3 level

Hi everyone,

I have drill down dimension of Country->City-> Store.In my case,Country and city have same value let say Oman.It skipping the second drill down  & directly showing the 3 dimension store  in bar chart.

Advise me what would be the right way to show 2 dimension without skipping.

drill down i built to drill to the next level 

when ever there is one value in the parent field 

and it make sense , why do you want to change it
